Founded in 2006 by Principal Engineer Scott A. Santomauro, DBSS, Inc. is a full-service Engineering and Design firm headquartered in Avalon Park, near Orlando, Florida. For more than 20 years, our team has delivered innovative, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions for both Residential and Commercial projects across the state.
From custom single-family homes to multi-family developments, mixed-use buildings, and commercial facilities, DBSS has successfully completed thousands of projects throughout Florida. Our integrated approach—providing Structural as well as Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering—allows us to streamline coordination, improve efficiency, and add measurable value to every project.
